1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Shadow Bot V11 Pro ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shadow Bot ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Shadow Bot is a third-party gaming enhancement tool designed to provide additional features and optimizations for mobile gaming, specifically for Free Fire. The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

Features include but are not limited to: AI-powered aim assistance, ESP menu systems, movement enhancements, and performance optimizations.

4. User Eligibility

To use Shadow Bot, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of such tools is prohibited
• Own or have legal right to use the device on which you install the Application

5. License and Restrictions

5.1 Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Shadow Bot for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Application for commercial purposes
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application
• Create derivative works based on the Application
• Use the Application to harm others or violate laws
• Attempt to bypass any security measures

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Shadow Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Shadow Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Shadow Bot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Free Fire or its developers (Garena International). All game-related trademarks and copyrights are property of their respective owners.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of Shadow Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy at shadowbot.org/privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Shadow Bot and its developers, affiliates, and partners SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any:

• Account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by game developers
• Loss of in-game progress, items, or purchases
• Damage to your device or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenues, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or unavailability

Your use of Shadow Bot is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shadow Bot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of Shadow Bot
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Shadow Bot at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

You may stop using Shadow Bot at any time by uninstalling the Application from your device.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue Shadow Bot at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or support. You acknowledge that future updates may change functionality or remove features.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Shadow Bot shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
